Melih Kabasakal was born on February 18, 1996, in Sinop's Boyabat district. He started playing football in the youth academy and developed his skills in Boyabat Çeltikspor and Samsunspor youth academies.

Career

Melih Kabasakal began his professional career at Trabzonspor in 2016. To continue his development, he played on loan for Sarıyer and 1461 Trabzon at different times. He then played for Esenler Erokspor, İstanbulspor, Eyüpspor, and Gaziantep FK, playing a total of 303 official matches and scoring 8 goals.
