A significant meeting for Gaziantep FK's future was held at the Gaziantep Governorship, chaired by Governor Kemal Çeber. Important figures such as the Mayor of Gaziantep, Fatma Şahin, the President of Gaziantep OSB, Cengiz Şimşek, and the President of Gaziantep FK, Memik Yılmaz, attended the meeting. One of the main agenda items was who would lead the club in the upcoming season. Current President Memik Yılmaz requested to step down, but the city's dynamics decided to continue with Yılmaz for stability. The meeting concluded with a presentation of the club's financial needs and urgent situations to the participants. The first goal is to close the approximately 203,000 Euro debt and reopen the transfer window. With a support package of 500 million TL, urgent funds will be provided for the overdue salaries of players and coaching staff. Gaziantep FK aims to start the new season stronger with this support.
